Payment policy: All orders must be prepaid. Payments can be made by an ACH, Check or Credit Card no later than 14 days prior to the delivery date. Cancellation policy: Orders cancelled two weeks prior to delivery/shipping will be subject to a 50% cancellation charge. Out of town delivery/shipment, special order items and orders that have been delivered are subject to a 100% cancellation charge. You may be subject to drayage/handling charges by the contractor for moving furniture from dock to exhibit space. Check your show manual. Damage waiver: Rental prices include coverage against normal wear and tear. Client is responsible for loss and/or damage due to negligence and/or abuse. All missing package materials including blanket(s), power source(s), etc. will be charged upon returned products.  Prices are guaranteed 90 days from quote date. Custom Orders: Custom purchased orders need to be paid in full before placing the order, and items are not guaranteed until payment is received.  Lead time will be stated per order. 100% cancellation charge.
